PAYBACK introduces a new feature to simplify your shopping experience! You can now use your 10-digit registered mobile number to earn points across PAYBACK partner brands. You don't need to carry the physical card anymore. I will be benefited the most as I usually forget to carry the card and loses to earn some reward points each time I shop.

• How to ensure that your mobile number is linked to your card account?

      Just SMS LINK to 9212146468. Payback will reply with details.

• How to link your mobile number to your Payback card?

      SMS LINK <SPACE> <Payback Card Number> <SPACE> <DOB(DDMM)> to 9212146468.

     e.g. If your Payback card number is 9401 1100 1100 1100 and your Date of Birth is 5th June, then you will type
LINK 9401110011001100 0506 and send it to 9212146468.

• How to change the mobile number linked to the Payback account?

      Just use the method mentioned above to link your new mobile number to link to your Payback account.         Your earlier number will be automatically delinked.
